The majority of tours for 2025 have been finalized by our organisers. A number have filled already, the tours below have places available


August 2025 - Penrith - Heart of Cumbria - Room for a single gentleman to share
A three day fixed-based tour exploring the Eden Valley and northwest Lake District using quiet, scenic roads, often following National Cycle routes. Staying in a Guest House in Penrith within easy distance of the town centre and railway station, we will ride 67 to 89 km a day of rolling hills, visiting local cafes on-route.

August 2025 - Tour of the Borders

Join us for a three-day cycling adventure in the Scottish Borders! Ride along quiet country roads, soak in stunning hilltop views, and enjoy delicious lunches at charming local pubs and cafés. A perfect blend of scenic beauty, great company, and warm hospitality!

October 2025 - Spain
Cycling through the heart of rural Alicante & Murcia regions, this tour promises a rural cycling
spectacle, whilst embracing the rich local wine heritage and culture. The tour traverses through the Murcia wine region and is timed to coincide with the end of the grape harvest.  Highlights include a homestay at a working vineyard and a local Bodega wine tour experience. (Ferry Included)

October 2025 - North Lancashire
A three day, two nights, fixed based tour exploring the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales and Morecambe Bay. We will stay in a hotel in the centre of Lancaster and use quiet scenic roads often following National Cycle routes and visiting local cafes on-route.

October 2025 - Spain - Cantabrian Mountains & Old Castile  4 Places Available

This tour explores the Castilian cradle of Spain, with a traverse across the Cantabrian mountains at the start and finish. It links rugged landscapes with historic towns and villages, reaching south to the picturesque city of Segovia. The Plymouth-Santander ferry offers a chance for relaxation before and after the tour.

November 2025 - Morocco
Visit North Africa, and based in the southern Moroccan walled town of Tiznit, enjoy the warm sunny weather similar to that in the Canary Islands. With varied cycling on new quiet roads visiting small villages where the views range from dessert, to oasis and the Atlantic Ocean. Hire bikes are also available.

Covid Update
At Bikexplore we have been monitoring the changes in guidance on covid and how they impact on cycle holidays. 
From June 2023, we have decided that there is no longer a requirement to be fully vaccinated or to take a test proir to travel.
Some countries do have specific reference to COVID requirements and we encourage you to check the Foreign and Commonwealth Office travel requirements guidlines
