Tour Numbers

Each of our tours have a reference number which should be used in communication with our leaders. As we offer unique and personalised tours these numbers relate to the leader/s, the year and the numbers of tours that are being led.

So for example

NW241

NW means that the tour is being led by Neil Wheadon
24 means that the tour will start in 2024
1 means that this is the first tour that Neil will lead in 2024

So why is it important that the tour number is quoted?
The answer is simply that in some cases the same tour will be repeated and we want to make sure that you are booked on the correct tour.
